All levels and various styles from beginner to advanced some styles include: gentle yoga, hams hips and lower back yoga, power yoga, chakra balancing yoga outdoor yoga, and inner listening yoga.
Sessions are $40 for 30 minutes and $80 for 60 minutes. One hour sessions can be split between yoga, reiki and readings.
