I instruct using the breathe paired with specific poses as a tool for transformation inside and outside the body. Take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity. Yoga unites the mind, body and soul in a way that eases tension and promotes health and well-being. Regular practice improves your breathing and outlook on life. 

Sessions are $100 for 60 minutes and $150 for 90 minutes.
