A Restorative Yogic Sleep

Yoga Nidra is a transformative type of Yogic sleep which is a form of restorative yoga. 

Yoga nidra helps to deepen the psychic connection. 

It is a conscious state that walks on the border of sleep. Unique and deep transformation can happen in yoga nidra. You can rewire into the subconscious through the practice, bringing powerful potential for healing and self-growth.

It is a restorative practice for everyone. 

You lie on your back, get comfortable, close your eyes, and settle in. You are guided through the practice by the instructor who guides your awareness throughout your body, breath, senses, emotions and  archetypal imagery.

Sessions are $100 for 60 minutes and $150 for 90 minutes.
