Returns & Refund Policy

Services:

• For any services to be booked payment must be made in full, failure to to this will result in no service.
• Appointments must be kept when scheduling to respect my time and yours. No refund will be given for appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of scheduled service date. 
• No refunds will be given for services rendered.

Products:

• I do not accept returns or make refunds at this time.  

Damaged Items: Please notify me immediately if anything breaks in shipping. I pack very carefully but sometimes breakage still happens. Please keep all the original packing material in case the shipper wants to see it as part of the damage claim. Please email us at info@ascensionholistics.com.  I will make arrangements for the damaged item to be returned and a replacement to be sent. If I do not have a replacement I will refund your money including shipping.
